Risk Assessment
In today's volatile and insecure business environment, the reward for undergoing a professional, objective, risk analysis should be the ability to prevent, detect and manage your security and business risks.

The ability to manage threats and mitigate risks is crucial to the well being of organizations and their personnel. It begins with employee awareness and understanding - devising a comprehensive training program to keep your staff aware and updated to the possibilities of security compromise and the need for reporting observations and incidents.

Contingency Planning
In conjunction with your security management, we work to evaluate, design and test your environment, habits and practices seeking faults which can become security breeches while suggesting and implementing crisis management and response strategies to suit your business operations and customer engagement practices.

Building Security/Facility Protection
There are steps that businesses can take to protect against and minimize the effects of a terrorist attack. In addition to devising contingency planning for emergencies, we have found that some building modifications can provide additional protection. While physical security is the first layer of defense, other issues must also be addressed. These include reducing a premise's vulnerability to an airborne chemical, biological, or radiological attack. In some cases, improved maintenance and HVAC system controls also provide a payback in the form of lower operating costs and improved building air quality.

Personnel Security
We work with your human resources department to develop a methodology for collecting of relevant background data of individuals; evaluating the collected data against established standards; granting of a security eligibility or status, providing certification of such eligibility/status to third parties, training and awareness activities that explain individual obligations, responsibilities, and duties, the maintaining of appropriate personnel security files, visitor control. This can also assist with other personnel security activities such as ID badges and visitor pass programs, and the use of polygraphs.

IT Security
Our services in this area include: identifying organizational needs and requirements, analyzing the data and information that requires protection and integrity preservation, defining information systems and measures needed to detect, document and counter threats. We also provide assistance to address such issues as: business continuity planning/disaster recovery planning, enterprise wide security policies and procedures, data protection, data center operations, passwords, acceptable use of e-mail, internet security, network security, laptop and PDA security, malicious software, employee monitoring and forensic techniques.
